I won’t have a chance to brew until next weekend. But I have filled it with water to test the seals and it seems to hold just fine. My only issue so far is the gasket on the main lid. There’s nothing holding it in place, so getting it to seat correctly is a pain in the ass.

Finding a juice that doesn’t have preservatives sounds like quite a challenge

I didn’t know either. I was looking for an electric setup with a large brew kettle and this was the cheapest option. I still had to spend a few hundred dollars for stuff that didn’t come with the kit.

Give us some details please. What was your method?
