Who calls dying a fantasy? Immortals?
- Comment on Steam has a new hit game, and it’s Pokémon with guns 5 months ago:
It still takes work to put all that together. This game was announced like two or three years ago and it looked pretty far into development then.
- Comment on Video game actors speak out after union announces AI voice deal 5 months ago:
You don’t need AI to do that, that kind of system can be made independent of AI. It’s just not worth doing for this one use case vs using it for a whole voice.
- Comment on 8 Years later my Steam Link is still getting regular updates 5 months ago:
It’s been some time so I don’t remember what I tried. I’ll give it another try some time.
- Comment on 8 Years later my Steam Link is still getting regular updates 5 months ago:
I don’t know what it is but I don’t get sound on mine, at least for most games.
- Comment on Steam Winter Sale is coming(Today), along with voting in the Steam Awards 6 months ago:
I knew the sale was here cuz I had a huge email from “isthereanydeal” 😂

It’s literally the steam page
- Comment on 6 months ago:
It does. The very first menu asks is you’re playing online or LAN.

Prince literally wanted us to call him a symbol with no explanation.

That’s also how I got my copy 😂
- Comment on [Weekly thread] What is the best movie you watched last week? 23 September 8 months ago:
I always remembered that “port” and “left” have four letters so starboard is the other one 😂
- Comment on [Weekly thread] What is the best movie you watched last week? 23 September 9 months ago:
I watched Jaws for the first time. I’m surprised that movie holds up and a lot of the writing felt very modern.
- Comment on Bomb Rush Cyberfunk (Zero Punctuation) 9 months ago:
Glad he liked the game. I enjoyed it but I was a little let down to learn I spent more time making custom graffiti than I did playing the game. It’s still worth picking up but maybe for $20 instead of $40.
- Comment on Is Netflix's One Piece good? 9 months ago:
It’s not embarrassed about being an anime adaptation so it actually does a good job embracing most of what makes the anime great. I have some reservations about it but overall I’d definitely recommend it as a “should watch” anime adaptation.
- Comment on If you liked the movie Tetris you might want to check out BlackBerry 9 months ago:
Tetris was an awesome political thriller. Blackberry was an awesome dark comedy.
Both weren’t what I was expecting them to be but I really enjoyed what they did.
The production value alone on Tetris was so unexpected, but you could tell they did things just to have the pixel transitions for example. If you like Glen on IASIP, you’ll love him in Blackberry cuz he’s basically Dennis as a CEO.
- Comment on Starfield, is it getting review bombed? 9 months ago:
I think you need to own the game on steam to review it so there’s some gatekeeping there at least
- Comment on Google, Netflix, Apple and Amazon are the "barbarians at the gate" of the games industry, says ex-Sony boss 9 months ago:
In gaming? Netflix is definitely at the gate with the current options they have. Apple as well with their Arcade service. Google and Amazon keep coming back but never stay long, I’m not even sure they should be in the conversation.
- Comment on Google, Netflix, Apple and Amazon are the "barbarians at the gate" of the games industry, says ex-Sony boss 9 months ago:
Tencent has been around for a decade, that’s hardly “at the gate”
- Comment on 'One Piece' review: Netflix does the impossible 9 months ago:
It does a great job of condensing the important parts of the arcs it covers into 8 episodes, but it’s still lacking a lot of the humor that I feel like is the heart of the show.
I still enjoyed it and would love for them to cover the whole series but that feels like a longshot considering how much more CGI heavy it’s gonna need to get with things like new bad guys with crazy powers, new allies with crazy powers, and at least two more crew members that will have to be fully-CGI in order to work.
- Comment on What is your gaming "comfort food" and why? 10 months ago:
City builders seem to be my comfort food. I go back to Banished every now and then to get my fix. I’m currently playing Kingdom Two Crowns to fill it.
- Comment on A religion is just a meme that people take seriously. 10 months ago:
Internet memes are Dawkins memes, you don’t have to think they’re not different when that’s the case.
