You’re supposed to have a 6month emergency fund built up. I just wanted to know what the alternative to flex pay was but apparently I didn’t ask that in the proper way. Sorry

I’m not privileged. I work hard 6 days a week and try to save money and pay my rent before other frivolous spending like snacks and energy drinks. I understand we are all struggling and making sacrifices. But I also know that some stuff comes first and rent is one of those things. Avoiding paying $300 in fees seems like a good thing to do and I would proba ly prioritize it.

He said he has to use flex or pay late fees. I’m curious what the alternative to flex is that forces him to pay late fees and why paying a few days earlier somehow doesn’t work to avoid fees. Just seems weird to me, but I’ve never been in that situation.

I’m genuinely curious why you can’t pay earlier…

I have a 2008 and got rear ended by a drunk driver. It totalled my car but I went to work the same day and didn’t need any serious medical care. Indeed I didn’t take it to my face but the ass. Why do people pretend like cars made in the last 30 years are death traps? They are the all metal behemoths from the 70s
