I have to admit, I’m a bit confused.
I have dns records already in my domain provider pointing to a tailscale ip
I want to know what I have to do to get minecraft.example.com to resolve interenally.
Since your domain resolves to an internal private Tailscale IP and your question is how to access using the domain, locally…. I feel like there’s an error in your architecture here. Wouldn’t any device that is on your Tailscale private network already have access using the domain? If by “resolve internally” you mean hosts on your LAN, not connected to Tailscale scale? How would that be possible if it resolves to a Tailscale IP. If you have control of your DNS on your LAN, you could simply add an override and point it to the LAN address of the Minecraft server.

it’d be nice to be able to use a domain instead.
If your looking to access it outside your LAN, you’re gonna want to open up the correct ports on your router’s firewall.

How annoying is it to connect to VPN/use Tailscale
I think it’s very important to separate a random “VPN” solution to using Tailscale.
instead of being able to access the service directly?
Focusing on Tailscale. Who turns off Tailscale? It is “directly” connecting to your service or app or whatever. That’s the whole point.

All of my TVs have never seen an internet connection. I know the Apple hate is strong, but I’ve been throwing ATVs behind them since they were first released. No ads, no BS. Just a very clean experience that has never changed.

The act of what is being done is a remix.
It’s like comparing Copying vs Plagiarism. There may be a term that adds more context on the how or why the copying is happening.
Copying vs. Plagiarism
- What’s being done: Reproducing someone else’s work (copying).
- Why it’s different: Plagiarism involves passing off someone else’s work as one’s own, typically without permission or acknowledgment.
- Term: Plagiarism

What Is Kiwix?
Kiwix is a non-profit organization and a free and open-source software project dedicated to providing offline access to free educational content. The name “Kiwix” is a play on the word “Wiki” as it represented our initial goal of making Wikipedia accessible offline.

If Epic was first to monopolize PC game marketplaces people would be defending them like they defend Valve now because they want all of their games in one place.
No, people accept Steam because of the proven track record, values of their leadership, their hardware and the work they do with Linux.
Linux gaming was stable before Proton.
Please.

The nice thing about Tidal is the attention to detail about the music or album you’re listening to. You get writers, producers and recording musicians for all the tracks. Artwork.
Apple had the right idea all those years ago when they were selling those enhanced digital albums. Almost felt like purchasing a vinyl or cd and getting all the goodies that come with it.

Spotify Connect
Unless I’m reading this wrong, is this just Spotify’s solution for listening with friends? If so, that’s far from a Spotify exclusive feature.

You need to rethink that. Yes, but that has nothing to do with his mom telling it him as a child in 50s. Which is why he tells it other people later in his life….

- Comment on Can you un-smart a smart tv? 8 months ago:
I’ve come across devices where they will stop functioning or flood my network with DNS requests if they can’t reach their baked in addresses. I setup a redirect rule to handle that. ANY 53 request gets redirected to my DNS server. I’ve had similar issue with NTP and had to do the same.
- Comment on Can you un-smart a smart tv? 8 months ago:
Why not just set up a static IP on the TV and a rule on your router to prevent it from talking to the internet? That way it has LAN access but not WAN.
I do this to all of my smart devices.
