IMO it’s actually fine in series, not just anime, in general. There is a formula for each series that work for them. You watch the series if you like the formula.
On the other hand, I hate this for a lot of Hollywood films. A lot of them share the same formula, it’s not even fun to watch.
I won’t even try to reach One Piece, there is Detective Conan. Every episode is the same for 30 years yet they still make it and people still watch it. Why? Because the formula is good.

Gonna feel old here but:
“Voltron: Defender of the Universe”

When MAL started enshittify years ago, I moved over to Kitsu. It was easy because of the import option. I use Kitsune from F-Droid with it and it’s been a delight.

Steam has more trash than games nowadays. I wish they never stopped curating games. At least to some degree even if not fully.

Of course but I meant people who buy for buying’s sake, for +1 on the badge.
There are also some cases you cannot refund after 14 days, happened to me once.

I mean, even Microsoft doesn’t give a shit about Windows server since Azure runs on Linux. :)
- Comment on Mommy, Why is There a Server in the House? 11 months ago:
That’s probably true if you consider Linux server vs Windows server. Windows server sucks.

Wow, seriously who tf uses Windows home server?

While I personally love comedy in general, similar thing happened to me with Asobi Asobase. I dropped at “ass laser episode”. No idea why people like it that much.

I have a netbook from 2011 and I use it as Pi-hole and Jellyfin. You can add a backup system as well. Just go with headless Debian, you’ll need every bit of CPU. Then you can just ssh into it and do everything like that.
