I guarantee the saboteur feels terrible about that casualty
Was it even active sabotage? Or just neglect until gravity does its thing?
The latter. It was built in 1980s and the only thing that could’ve probably been repaired is it’s asphalt surface. No one claimed otherwise.

Although the war probably ensures even more infrastructure is neglected, this bridge has to have been neglected far longer than the war has been ongoing.
