I realise that, in the grand scheme of things, this is a very, very minor quandary. But quandary it is.

*occasioned by my searching for a book I certainly used to own (Shadows in the Attic: A Guide to British Supernatural Fiction, 1820-1950, by Neil Wilson - bought when it was published in 2000). Is it in a box somewhere? Is it in one of the many piles of books? Did I sell it? Tune in next week for more unanswered/unanswerable bibliophilic conundra.
