This is an extremely confused article. Trump misrepresented value to lenders. The article is claiming Stewart sold the property for more than it was thought to be worth, which is not illegal or fraudulent.
Conservative “philosophy” is just a pile of spurious reasoning which is really just an excuse to punish the people they hate.
They dress it up with fun doublespeak like “fair tax,” “pro-life,” “parental choice,” and “law and order,” but what they mean is “fuck the poor, fuck women, fuck LGBTQ people, fuck any other minorities, and fuck you for giving a damn.”
