SteamVR Beta 2.17.8 released to ready up for the Steam Frame - added support for USB streaming

  I’d be a bit surprised if they released the Steam Frame this Monday, seeing as it’s a holiday (labor day in the US).

  That being said, if they did so that’d probably tank their servers since they won’t have work keeping people away from checling Steam for the drop
