Pictured is my Kobo Clara 2e with a laser cut leather cover hand stitched to the 3D Printed Parts and replaceable arms. So far I have the Kobo Clara 2e, Kobo Nia and the Kobo Clara HD designed. I’ve also made the parts available on

I opened this expecting to be disappointed, but this looks like a finished, real product.
I’m extremely impressed at the dedication and the quality of the work! AND you’re providing all your hard work in easy to access, and easy to update files.
You are good people.

Yeah, I am surprised that no-one ever bothered to do this before. I am hopeful that others find it and add their own e-readers to it, though I will be padding it out myself for what e-reader I have on hand.

I have for my Kobo Glo HD!
Although I haven’t shared anything since it works for me but is a bit rough.

I thought about doing it once but decided that PLA/PETG is probably not a good material for the case as I was expecting it to break too easily. Also I don’t have enough experience working with leather for something like this.
