He was chancellor of Germany and directed German military actions on behalf of Germany. I don’t think his place of birth is what most people are concerned about when assigning blame for his actions.

One of the worst decisions from the Allies, if not the worst. I hate “What if” history but in my mind, if Germany wasn’t as punished as it was, there was a chance they would have never become fascist. WW2 maybe could have been avoided
