When you apply some brute force it does. There gets a point though where the amount of force being used is upsetting to people but Bulk Crap Uninstaller and Sophia App are sufficiently heavy handed if you also disable some specific services to make sure updates don’t bring anything back. Use with discretion, restore points are your friend
