This almost feels scripted to try and cause outrage but in reality it shows massive incompetence.

The crew was told not to deviate from the designated route. They knew perfectly well there are mines. And so… they deviated from the designated route and exploded.
What the hell happened there? I need to know, but the article doesn’t say.
