Nobody on game pass that bought the upgrade cant launch the game, says too early. Gg
Issue seems to be a server problem. If you keep trying you’ll eventually get in.

I was just able to get in with PC game pass upgrade. I installed and opened the art book. Not sure if that did something or just needed more time.

Not sure if a coincidence or not but on Xbox with the GamePass + Premium I was finally able to get it to work by opening up the digital artbook first, starting that and then going back to the main game and opening that again.
