I never saw the twilight zone. To pick it up should I was the old vs new? Or is it much of a difference?

  I love those old black and white Twilight Zone episodes. Unless you’re totally against old-style tv I’d start there.

    as someone currently watching through them I agree with this. I started with the old and it’s pretty good, but you can see the age of it.

  I didn’t see all that much of The Twilight Zone either, but I did watch practically every episode of The Outer Limits, the newer color episodes from the 1990s era. Man I miss that show, every single episode was amazingly well done!

  Love the old ones and I think they’re much more memorable than the new. Different vibe too but slower than new television shows so be prepared for that. I watched all of them in college for the first time like 10 years ago and they held up then.

  I remember enjoying the new ones when I watched but I don’t remember the specifics of any episode, whereas there are scenes from the old one burned into my brain (in a good way).

  Start at the very beginning and just watch every episode. A lot of tge older ones aren’t amazing or memorable or ground breaking, but every single one of them is enjoyable and the amazing ones are spaced out well enough that you have time to ponder them funing thd lesser episodes.

  rod sterling just can’t be beat and some interesting actors are still active that where in episodes. also the old show has many simpsons references if you watched that.

  I just started watching the 1959 Twilight Zone for the first time. I think it still holds up in many ways. Definitely worth watching.
