Have one myself. The hardware is decent, the software is standard modern tech bullshit. Annoying how much control I lack over my own vehicle.
This is not to say it’s better or worse than other EV brands, since I don’t have a comparison point.

Good question. I know there is to some extent, but I haven’t really taken a look at it yet.

Not surprised. One is actively catching up and with tons of accessible option for various income group, one is actively digging their own grave playing politic. From friends and families, BYD is pretty damn good car for the price point. Though i bet it won’t be for long that the price will stay that low, it’s a multinational conglomerate after all.
