Like just make an appreciation announcement for whom ever has been making a lot of post or creating content? Maybe even give a special made award ?

It would be a weekly thing

I think it may help drive some traffic and encourage more posts. But not all, some pale may not care much.

Also, it could be repetitive if it’s always the same person month after month, for example.
