Light built a town inside the Abyss in 3 years with only his gift. I suppose all those fairy maids and population are from his gacha too? And it seems they do eat so there is enough infrastructure / logistics to support that too, that’s how much power his gift has.
This episode was mostly introduction to the “four 9"s. Light has been training as well and supposedly got much stronger in these 3 years. It seems he is going to start his revenge next episode.
