these articles are so lazy, of course there is more payout, the population has boomed
so more people with insurance policies, more claims
and with booming population all the really safe places to build have been taken, we are now onto less safe places
and corrupt councils run by the real state lobby have stuffed up zoning, a lot of places, like flood zones, should never be built on
