I work with Exhale Wellness, so I wanted to be upfront about that.

The hemp industry has changed a lot over the last few years, and I’ve noticed that people are asking much better questions before they buy—which I think is a good thing.

For me, trust isn’t built by flashy marketing or huge potency claims. It’s built by transparency.

If I’m looking at a product, I usually want to see:

A recent batch-specific COA that’s easy to find. Independent lab testing, not just potency numbers. Clear ingredient information with no confusing labels. Real customer reviews that include both positive and constructive feedback. A company that’s willing to answer questions instead of sending canned responses.

No brand is perfect, and every company has room to improve. What matters is how they respond when customers ask tough questions or report an issue.

At Exhale Wellness, we genuinely read customer feedback because it helps us understand what’s working and what needs attention. Some of our best improvements have come directly from conversations with customers.

I’m curious—what’s the one thing that instantly makes you trust (or avoid) a hemp brand?

I’d love to hear your perspective. Sometimes the best ideas come straight from the community.
