It is looking pretty bad for Israel. Proving genocide is very hard to do due to it requiring intent but from the looks of it the evidence is substantial.
The hell with the word may. It is a war crime no doubt about it
I’m shocked they are any hospitals left. I swear there has been one getting blown up weekly for the past 2 years.
This is the only one left and only partially working.

I think this is the first time The Guradian used war crime in relation to Israel without the quotes.

I think it has more to do with the ICC. Genocide is a criminal offense in the ICC but parties of question are always innocent until proven guilty.
