  It’s sad that I have to be amazed to see them calling the act “rape” or calling the girl “a child”, but good for them.

  is not allowed to engage in any activity consisting of regular contact with children for the rest of his life.

  I hope this flight would be included in that description, but my guess is that there’s nothing preventing him from sitting next to another child on a flight. If so, that’s a remarkable oversight.
