    Excellent move.

    One of the multiple improvements I’ve seen Labour make where I’ve thought “wait, that wasn’t the case before?! Why the hell not?!”

      After seeing the mess the US in, codifying things that are generally accepted seems like a good idea.

    Harassment is a criminal offence in the UK. No NDA will survive a legal challenge when it comes to a crime. Of course, the psychological pressure of an NDA will stop many victims on their tracks, so from that point of view this hopefully helps.
