    Isnt Information supposed to be accessible for everyone, and if not, isnt that the definition of errorism and by extension just Plain old Communism because the leaders dont want us to learn so we can only work in the mine?

    Title is shit. What the judge meant by this is:

    It’s possible that authors may be able to show evidence that Meta “contributed to the BitTorrent network” by providing significant computing power that could’ve meaningfully assisted shadow libraries, Chhabria said in a footnote.

    Which is unlikely.
