I remember reading about this. For somebody who doesn’t live in America, this was certainly an eye-opener regarding how broken America’s health system is.

In a for-profit private prison, he won’t get very much health care.

Just cause he thought of it first makes it no less relevant as a choice for healthcare.
Mind you with the current administration I think standards may slide a lot and you might end up working in mines on this plan.
