    Generally you’re right, but when it comes to public transit, they tend to have their shit together unlike for example the US.

      That’s every other country other than the US regardless of economic system and China is not really communist. Totalitarian yes but they have this weird mesh of capitalism but the government can shut you down at a moments notice to benefit the state or more the officials in charge. America by no means superior but giving credit to a economic system is just incorrect. I could build trains all day long if I could bulldozed anyone’s home and build with zero regulation for heath and safety. The impressive one is the EU. Different economic systems working together with a working rail system between countries.
