I would be surprised if this holds up in court. MrBeast (1) clearly was making a for-profit video because that’s his whole job and (2) promotional segments of the video were not filmed on site. There should be vetting on filming applicants so I would wonder why this was allowed at all in the first place.
Was that explicitly stated in the filming permit (or written into law)? If so, MrBeast’s legal team fucked up.
