This isn’t .zip specific, but I was under the impression that the modlog recorded everything, yet there have been times that I can’t find removed comments listed there. Are there times that mods or admin can hide/delete actions? Examples listed inside
This isn’t the first time I’ve run across this, so highlighting this is just the most recent example I’ve found.
In this thread someone named lembot_0001 has a couple comments removed (it’s a short thread so I’m sure you can see the removed comments, but they’re specifically here and here), yet in checking the modlog for that username there are some other comments removed (and some community bannings), but nothing from that thread in particular.

bans currently don’t create explicit records for all content that was removed with them.
when a user gets banned from an instance or a community, there is an option to remove content along with the ban. in those cases, all content within the scope of the ban gets removed as well, but no individual modlog entries for the content are created.
modlog entries also disappear when the associated object gets purged, which results in a deletion from the database, but that will result in a purge modlog entry.
