    Lol, its not a secret. “Prominent” means that they are already known. Twitch Streamers, News Anchors, people who literally show their face.

    I mean… if you could find them by searching through the internet they are already on a list. The point is to get the people to also be watching them so that:

    1. They get more views

    2. When they do get disappeared, there are bigger protests, and more scrutiny, and its harder for the authorities who are detaining the person to hide their movements since everyone would reporting the locations of those agents involved in their detainment

  As in, he will be the target, not the perpetrator.
