I’m more interested in who awarded that contract and what was the bidding process. If it was an open bid the winner had to know they were the only ones bidding.

So if we go by their track record this was probably a $500 contract.

It’s published by Brietbart. With that track record, they could have said Bilbo Baggins owned the plant watering service, and it’d be just as believable.
