Apparently this also effects the use of HIMARS which uses US intelligence and satellites for targeting, as well as affecting Ukraines advanced warning system for incoming Russian drones and missile strikes, which also relies on US intelligence.
This, plus the fact that Ukraine will run out of Patriot missiles in a few weeks now that the US has ceased supply leaves them dangerously open to long range attacks from Russia.
