Weird, I saw this posted several times above this post but none of them mentioned anything about anyone being killed or hurt in the title. Like the most important thing is that a cybertruck exploded and the humans doesn’t matter.

Maybe it was not known someone died at the time the other articles were written? That or they indeed don’t care about humans.
