I think they’re gonna judge on whether the condition is voluntary or not.

Fuckin fat people. It’s so fucking offensive to me when fat fucks think their laziness is comparable to legit chronic disabilities.
Oh no! You got type 2 diabetes for being so fucking fat and lazy?! Please tell me how that is on par with my type 1 diabetes and the hypoglycemic seizures it causes anytime the amount of carbohydrates I think is in any prepared food and is less than the actual amount of carbs in the food.
Oh your type 2 diabetes will go away if you weren’t so fucking fat?!? Please tell me how that is worse than taking 4-8 injections of insulin every day for the rest of my fucking life.
Fuck fat people.

You are so brave for expressing your sense of superiority for checks notes not having a genetic predisposition to gain weight. Your body is less efficient at extracting calories from food that passes through you. Your hunger response is not as strong as other people’s which makes it easier to abstain from eating. Wow that’s so amazing, you have such impressive willpower. Calories in calories out amirite? /s

The condition is that the affected person feel unable to work and the willingness to follow a medical program to counteract the obesity. This can be some kind of combination of physical activity, weight-loss drugs, consulting nutritionists, psychologists, etc.
