i don’t even bother with wallpapers anymore.
if i’m using the pc, its display is covered in ‘stuff’–programs, windows, whatever and i can’t see the pretty pictures anyway,
if i’m not using it, the pc (or at least the display) is (or will be very soon) snoozing or powered off.
the only place i care about wallpapers is my phone, because i found a weather app that provides a live wallpaper, and having the current weather on my phone’s background is nice since i’m inside a lot and want to feel more connected to the rest of the world.
Microsoft is just malware at this point.

there’s ways to not install it and there’s ways to get rid of it. Just so everyone knows. You can also use an app like simplewall to block any of the garbage in windows from connecting to the internet at all
