    How so? Pasteurization is heating, not distillation.

      Heating causes evaporation even if boiling isn’t technically achieved.

      Like how salt pools will evaporate out water despite the earth not constantly being at 100° C.

        It’s impossible to heat something in a sealed container?

        But, regardless, by that definition, all liquids are evaporated liquids, because all liquids evaporate at least a little by the time you get it in your pie-hole.

        Let me introduce you to the concept of vapor pressure. The volatility of a material depends on the temperature. Even cold water will still evaporate slowly. Instead is being a binary things, the vapor pressure will gradually increase as the temperature increases.
