The Kremlin says that Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit Mongolia next week despite the country being a member of the International Criminal Court.

He’s about as likely to be arrested as Netanyahu was visiting the US.
You know, misleading your despot leader into thinking that travel is safe and allowing their arrest by the international community.
Then leaving them to rot in some prison abroad is one of the way you might get rid of a head of state that you no longer want in charge.
