    I guess that would just be a GPU?

    Actually would either be a TPU (tensor processing unit) or NPU (neural processing unit). They’re purpose built chips for AI/ML stuff.

    I mean, most real quantum computer stunts (like, using quantum particles and effects for computing and data manipulation) are based on/manipulated by light. I too see integration of graphene and fibre-optics in CPU as a first step in this direction. Btw, we might have Terrahertz chips in the future.
