These guys are pretty common around here. They are edible but I have never been a huge fan. As far as fun texture, I will give them a 10/10.

Do you find they more or less hold shape when cooked? I’ve thought about trying these but man, if the texture doesn’t hit then nothing else matters for me.

They hold there shape as long as you are gentle. They don’t turn to sloppy messes. I would say the flavor is slightly peppery.
