It is really unclear what you mean by this.

Using these plastic anchors is basically a destructive process, so I don’t see an issue with the screw cutting into the plastic.

Another issue is often that you have hollow core bricks and thus the anchor ends up partially in the air, maybe double-check that this isn’t the case?
