  I see them around the US as well. But, not many. They’re really expensive relative a common domestic 4WD van.

        I know, but the commenter I replied to is obviously American and I didn’t want to just outright tell them, and thought it was more polite to just let the implication hang there.

      My '14 trailer, build out to live in it, and my truck to tow it combined cost less than what’s in the OP.
