Comment on Spreading of the 100 biggest Lemmy communities
Emmie@lemm.ee 5 weeks agoThis maybe a side effect of turning off the points experiment. Instead of getting dopamine from points I get inbox points. So it could be that I subconsciously make my comments in a way that is more likely to attract some kind of response.

Seems like a good strategy would be to not have every post and comment shown to you if your goal is to break your habit of spending too much time on your phone or PC.
