TranscendentalEmpire@lemmy.today 2 days agoWrong is a social construct as well. What one society believes is wrong another believes is right. The concept of personal property to steal in the first place is not universal.
Is it wrong for me to “steal” food, or is it wrong for you to hoard food and let me and my family starve?

Wrong is completely subjective, yeah. Now, it’s objectively better if stealing is considered “wrong”, though.

I’d say that’s dependent on how you legally define stealing and who is stealing what.
Stealing depends on a society to first define personal property, and that can be a tricky thing to do with any sense of equality.
