We can probably rule out the Kin Clan and the Shu Clan. Seika did not bring anyone matching the person Leelee remembers. Also, Seika seems genuinely baffled by the name. This leaves the remaining three clans, if we assume Gayou is not an outsider.
The objectives of the perpetrator seem to be one of the following:
- Harassing or provoking Shu Keigetsu.
- Making Shu Clan resent the Kin Clan, if Leelee succeeds in killing Keigetsu.
