You cant really to a lot of cheesing in an in person IQ test. If its online then sure.

Are you asking me how doing a test repeatedly makes you better at doing said test? Even when we ignore all forms of simply memorizing answers, you still practiced all the skills in exactly the way needed. Like finding some pattern quickly.
