It’s too big and heavy for ICBMs to carry multiple times over, let alone a drone.
Anyway the main obstacle to use is that it’s a waste of weapons grade nuclear material to make such a thing because so much of the energy is being uselessly directed to to the sky and/or space. Which is why both sides redirected efforts to firing multiple smaller nukes instead of progressively bigger single nuke

Wasn’t a thing back when Tsar Bomb was being tested but yeah, I guess that’s totally on the table now. We’re never gonna make it to deep space exploration
