Comment on Why don't we put butter and sour cream on French fries? They're basically like tiny skinless baked potatoes...
My favorite thing to put on fries is malt vinegar
We’re used to white vinegar up here. First time I asked for vinegar in the US and got this malt thingy I was very disappointed lol
White vinegar on fries??? I don’t know why but that sounds horrible lol I mostly use white vinegar for cleaning
It’s good, both are available with fish and chips here. Malt vinegar is definitely superior though.
