Thank you! Yes I literally emerged from the beach club yesterday, got on the boardwalk, saw that comically-dressed fellow, and pulled out my phone and snapped this amateur picture. Anyway the Santa Monica Pier is always gorgeous in photos, and there are always a million people out & about being random & wacky out here, so much amusing people-watching to do.
