Comment on Study: Congress literally doesn’t care what you think. The preferences of the average American appear to have only a miniscule, near-zero, statistically non-significant impact upon public policy.

Yes, but not only is it better than what we current have, but it goes against the whole “That’s a problem no matter how government officials are elected, and therefore irrelevant.” claim you made earlier.
