@kimlockhartga @bookstodon I'm currently reading Normally Weird and Weirdly Normal by @robinince and resisting the urge to post everything from it I relate to like 'omg it me!!!', because it's way over 10% of the book and would therefore be a copyright violation 😅

Next up are The Seventh Bride by T. Kingfisher because I adore her books, and The Driftborn by Simon Bullock for a blog review (but it sounds good, I wouldn't have signed up otherwise!).

@alicemcalicepants @kimlockhartga @bookstodon @robinince Kingfisher writing is SO good.
I unfortunately did get into an unexpected row of books based around the “Broken good guy who feels undeserving for his past deeds and/or present condition meets woman scarred by abusive man in her past and unexpectedly they eventually get over themselves and admit that they’re in love” theme, which isn’t a well I cared to dip into repeatedly.
But there’s a lot of her stuff I haven’t even checked out yet, so I’m looking forward to those. I’m just holding off because, like with any excellent writer, I don’t want to reach the end of what’s available from her, but always have something else I haven’t seen yet to look forward to.
