How does it render for you? Because in my app, both look the same. Only with a space after #, it is huge and bold:
Interesting, I just did some more experimentation, and it seems to vary by app. In Eternity, Sync, and Summit, both ‘#text’ and ‘# text’ are rendered as a header. On Thunder, Boost, and Connect, only ‘# text’ is rendered as a header.
